Our company began with the idea that families require and deserve a caretaker who fits their exact needs. We also understand how important it is for our nannies and caretakers to feel understood, supported so they can perform at their best! We treat every client and every caretaker as if they were part of our family.

Meet Our Founder
" I started KBC Childcare in 2018 officially. I had graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's in Psychology and wasn't sure what I wanted to do but knew that I really loved working with kids and was good at it. I decided to take a full-time live-in nanny position and worked for an amazing family. I then went on to get my Master's Degree in School Counseling at LIU. While I do love the counseling field I knew that starting my own agency that stood out from all the other ones became my goal. I wanted my agency to be family-oriented and allow families and children to connect with me so that I could find them the best care possible. I run this very personalized service in order to make families and nannies feel cared for, listened to and respected. I know our agency is unique in many ways and I personally match, interview and work with all the nannies and families.
